Thank you for using Gama2 ("the App"). Your privacy matters to us, and we want to be upfront about how the App works. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, and the terms under which you use it.

Gama2 is a 2D real-time strategy/shooter game where you command combined arms forces — soldiers, tanks, jets, battleships, drones, and submarines — across five richly detailed scenarios. The App is designed purely for entertainment and strategic gameplay.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information on our servers.

Gama2 does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number. The App does not use cookies, analytics services, advertising frameworks, or any third-party tracking tools.

No Location Data

Unlike map or navigation applications, Gama2 does not request or use your device's location. The App has no need for GPS, coarse location, or any geolocation services.

Locally Stored Data

Gama2 stores only the following data locally on your device:

Game progress — player level (1–20), unlocked upgrades, and current game state are saved locally so you can resume your campaign.
Game state — unit positions, AI levels, and battle progress are held in memory during gameplay. No game state is transmitted off your device.

This data never leaves your device, and it is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

Network Usage

Gama2 is a fully offline game. It does not require an internet connection to function. The App makes no network requests of any kind — no analytics, no advertisements, no external services.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To be clear, Gama2 does not collect any of the following:

Personal identification information (name, email, address, phone number)
Device identifiers or hardware information
Contacts, photos, files, SMS, or any other on-device content
Location or GPS data
Usage analytics, behavioral data, or browsing history
Advertising identifiers
Network traffic or connection logs

3. Third-Party Services

Gama2 does not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, analytics platforms, social media SDKs, crash-reporting services, or external APIs. The App is entirely self-contained and operates fully offline.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data handling — including game progress and in-memory game state — occurs entirely on your device. No data is transmitted from your device to us or to any server under our control. Because we do not collect or store any user data on our side, there is no personal data under our control that could be breached.

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing Gama2's app data in Android Settings or by uninstalling the App.

5. Permissions

Gama2 requests only the permissions it needs to function:

Internet / network state — declared in the manifest for compatibility but not actively used by the App. No network connections are made during normal operation.

The App does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, call logs, or SMS.

6. Children's Privacy

Gama2 does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the App collects no personal data whatsoever, it does not pose a privacy risk specific to children. Gama2 is a general-purpose strategy/shooter game and is not specifically directed at children.

7. Purpose and Disclaimer

Gama2 is a digital war-game adaptation for entertainment purposes. Please read the following carefully:

The App is designed to simulate combined-arms warfare across City, Mountain, Beach, Ocean, and Sky scenarios with AI opponents.
Game rules, unit behaviors, and AI strategies are described in the App's documentation.
Gama2 is a game only. It is not a gambling, betting, or real-money application. No in-app purchases, virtual currency, or real-world prizes are offered.
The AI behavior and game outcomes are determined by algorithmic heuristics; the App does not guarantee any particular level of play or strategic accuracy.
Users assume all risk associated with their use of the App. The developer, INFOPLUS, LLC, is not responsible for any damages or consequences arising from the use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFOPLUS, LLC, ITS DEVELOPER(S), AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP;
ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE APP;
ANY INACCURACIES, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS IN THE GAME LOGIC OR AI BEHAVIOR;
ANY INTERRUPTION, DELAY, OR FAILURE OF THE APP.

USE OF THIS APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using Gama2, you consent to this Privacy Policy, acknowledge the entertainment-purpose nature of the App, and agree that you assume all risk related to your use of it.
