Thank you for using PicVid2 — an AI-powered multi-image to video generator. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. PicVid2 does not require accounts, logins, or personal details. The App does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.

Camera, Storage, and Audio Usage

The App accesses your device's photo gallery solely to let you select images for video generation. Narration audio is synthesized on-device via Android TTS. Generated videos are saved to your local storage only. Nothing is uploaded to us.

Network Usage

The App uses internet solely to call the Kling AI API (api.klingai.com) for AI-powered image-to-video generation when you configure API keys. Your images and prompts are transmitted directly to Kling AI's servers. Their privacy policy governs that interaction. No data is routed through our servers.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Personal identification (name, email, address, phone)
Device identifiers or fingerprints
Location or GPS data
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Advertising identifiers

3. Third-Party Services

Kling AI API — When API keys are configured, images and video prompts are sent to Kling AI for video generation. Review Kling AI's privacy policy at api.klingai.com.

Disclosure: PicVid2 selects Kling AI as its video generation backend purely for its value-tier pricing and quality. InfoPlus, LLC has no financial relationship, affiliation, partnership, or profit-sharing arrangement with Kling AI. InfoPlus, LLC does not receive any compensation, commission, or revenue from the use of Kling AI as the video AI engine. Kling AI is a third-party service chosen solely to provide the best experience for PicVid2 users at the lowest cost.

No other third-party services, analytics, or ad networks are integrated.

4. Data Storage and Security

All TTS synthesis, video compositing, and audio mixing occur entirely on your device. API keys are encrypted at rest using Android Keystore-backed AES-256. Generated videos remain under your control in local storage.

5. Children's Privacy

PicVid2 collects no personal data and poses no specific privacy risk to children under 13.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. INFOPLUS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, Kling AI API results, or generated video content.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
